    • Computer engine analysis procedure with scanner–Access data link connector and analyze all vehicle PCM data—Found the Fuel Vapor Recovery system and the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system to both be malfunctioning.(P0400/P2450). Further testing revealed the EGR Valve to be sticking and the Fuel Vapor Canister Vent Valve to be faulty. Replace Vent Valve and EGR Valve.

    • Found the Sway Bar End Links to be completely worn out and the Lower Ball Joints to also be worn.
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums(if equipped) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for deterioration and leaks. Found the Brake Master cylinder and Booster to be faulty causing loss of hydraulic pressure. Also found the rear calipers sticking causing the rear pads and rotors to overheat. Replace Master Cylinder and Booster and also replace rear Calipers, Pads, and Rotors.
