    • Found fuel leaking from the top of fuel tank. Removed fuel tank to inspect source of leak. Found the Fuel pump lines to be rusted through and leaking. Replace fuel pump and reinstall tank
    • Found the AC Belt tensioner to be worn and noisy. Replace tensioner and AC Belt
    • Found the Intermediate shaft on steering column to be worn and noisy. Shaft will need to be replaced
    • Found oil to be leaking from Rear main seal, Oil pan gasket, and Block-off plate gasket

    • TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 4WD
    • Change oil and filter, lube chassis, check all fluids, belts, hoses, etc.
    • Replaced left front headlight bulb (matched to passenger side)
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums(if equipped) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for deterioration and leaks. Brake cable retainer broke. Replaced passenger rear brake cable retainer on leading shoe.
    • Program New software into Transmission Control Module
